PUBLIC HEARING

UPDATED 12/21/2022- The Public Hearing was canceled during the regularly scheduled meeting because the property owner has rescinded the request for redistricting.

A public hearing has been scheduled for 12/20/2022 at 6:00 p.m. during the regularly scheduled council meeting regarding a redistricting application received for the parcels located at 0 N. 1st St. The property is located between N. 1st St and Hwy 6, across the street from Fire District. #11.

The property owner is requesting a zoning change from residential to commercial with a proposed Campground/RV park.

All citizens are encouraged to attend and give input regarding this redistricting request.

All meetings are being held in a hybrid fashion, in person and remotely via ZOOM. Meeting information can be found under the Town Council tab on our website.
