COVID-19 Payment Plan Agreement- UPDATED 9-27-21

Please be advised that the Governor's proclamation restricting Utility Shut-off's is set to expire on September 30, 2021. The Town of Pe Ell has payment plans available to citizens that have been impacted by COVID-19 and are in need of assistance. Please see the attached file for the application. You can return the form by email, drop box located at Town Hall or by mail. If you have any questions, please contact Pe Ell Town Hall (360)291-3543. Mailing address is P.O. There is rent and utility assistance available to citizens who have been impacted by COVID-19, please see the attached flyer for more information. We included a copy of the flyer in with your August 2021 utility bill.
